Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If you are a customer in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with EU consumer protection law.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fluxabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Since our products are shipped directly from our network of international suppliers, our team will provide the correct return address once your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
