Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Since our products are shipped directly from our network of international suppliers, processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item and your location.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

We currently offer free international shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is generally between 8 and 15 business days, depending on your destination and the supplier shipping your item. Priority shipping options may also be available at checkout for select destinations.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and we are unable to predict what they may be.
